SHIPPING METHODS

Our products are shipped in the next working day, after payment clearance, by using ACS courier services. The cost of transport (in Greece) depends from the weight, as follows:

1-5 kilograms, 3 euros (VAT included)
5-10 kilograms, 5 euros (VAT included)
10-15 kilograms, 8 euros (VAT included)
15-20 kilograms, 11 euros (VAT included)

For domestic customers only, we offer free shipping for all orders above 30 euros, all over Greece.

Our courier service is handling deliveries during normal working days and between 10:00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m.

For International shipments delivery cost is calculated automatically from the system during the order. Normal delivery time is 3 to 4 working days.

RETURNS

You have the right to return products purchased (at no charge) within three working days from the date of receipt. In this case, you only charged the cost of returning goods. Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as received (and not unsealed or damaged) together with the receipt or invoice. To avoid any inconvenience, it is advised to check carefully at the time of delivery the condition of the products and their packaging, in order to detect any obvious defects (e.g. wrong products, opened packaging etc.). In order to return the products please send us an e-mail at sales@oscarchocolates.com and we will guide you through the procedure. In case of refund and depending on how you paid for your order, your money will be refund within 15 days from the date of reception.
