The current webpage www.oscarchocolates.com is the online store of the company under the name «OSCAR INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL SA" with the distinctive title "OSCAR SA". The company's headquarters is in Skalistiri area, Aspropyrgos, Attica, Greece.
OSCAR SA pays daily endeavors to possible substantive servicing of the company's customers. Launch of this e-shop characterizes the beginning of advanced company communication with our customers. E-shop provides the opportunity to our customers to purchase directly our goods and also notified for our new products. All the above are of course subject to adequate company stock.

FORCE MAJEURE
If for reasons of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes, etc.) is not possible to deliver the products within the prescribed time will notify you via e-mail in order to inform us if you wish, in these conditions, the completion of your order. OSCAR assumes no responsibility for any situation is out of his own fault and will do everything humanly possible avoid your inconvenience.
RETURNS
You have the right to return products purchased (at no charge) within three working days from the date of receipt. In this case, you only charged the cost of returning goods. Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as received (and not unsealed or damaged) together with the receipt or invoice. To avoid any inconvenience, it is advised to check carefully at the time of delivery the condition of the products and their packaging, in order to detect any obvious defects (e.g. wrong products, opened packaging etc.). In order to return the products please send us an e-mail at sales@oscarchocolates.com and we will guide you through the procedure. In case of refund and depending on how you paid for your order, your money will be refund within 15 days from the date of reception.

www.oscarchocolates.com reserves the right to amend or renew terms and conditions without prior notice. The company undertakes no obligation to update this document for any change or addition to the terms.
APPLICABLE LAW
Terms and conditions (and any modifications) shall be governed by the Greek law. For any dispute that may rise, sole jurisdiction to resolve is the court of Athens.
FINAL PROVISIONS
Any provision of these terms, contrary to the law ceases to apply, without in any way affect the validity of other conditions. If a user does not agree to the Terms of Use set here within shall not use www.oscarchocolates.com services.
